Event thanks
To the editor:
A great big “Thank You!” and much applause to the owner, management and staff of Abe & Jake’s Landing for coming through in a pinch on Sunday. That was quite a party; the staff held up beautifully in such last-minute uproar, did a terrific job, and probably deserves hazardous-duty pay! Our law enforcement personnel certainly came through, as well, in a calm, professional manner, for which I’m sure all are grateful. Thanks again to all of you.
