The Kansas Parole Board will have public comment sessions later this month to allow anyone to express opinions about the possible parole of certain prison inmates.

The dates, times and locations of the meetings are:

• 10 a.m. to noon, Aug. 23, City Hall, 701 N. Seventh St., Kansas City, Kan.
• 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Aug. 26, Finney State Office Building, Room 3080, 230 William St., Wichita.
• 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Aug. 30, Landon State Office Building, first floor, Room 106 A, 900 S.W. Jackson St., Topeka.

Written opinions can be sent to the parole board at the Landon building, Room 452, Topeka 66612-1220.
