Dems’ encore

To the editor:

I was determined to watch some of the Democratic National Convention with an open mind. But after watching and listening to Ted Kennedy, Howard Dean, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and the band Black Eyed Peas, I was puzzled as to why they didn’t ask Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson to perform an encore.
