Troop support
To the editor:
Prayers and support for our troops.
April was the worst month for war casualties in Iraq. I think the war is necessary to stop the terrorists and protect our country. All of our church leaders, pastors and priests should pray each Sunday for the protection or our troops abroad and we should remember them each day in our prayers.
If someone’s getting a box ready to send to a certain military group, we should offer to send something too. That’s the least we can do, when they’re offering their lives.
