According to last Friday’s Washington Post, this last weekend George W. Bush made his 33rd visit to his Texas ranch during his time in office (a total of 233 days). He also has made 78 visits to Camp David and five visits to Kennebunkport, Maine. He has spent all or part of 500 days at one of the three places (more than 40 percent of his presidency) since he was sworn in.
He claims he is an “engaged” president — engaged in what?
