Weekend weather warms up

Saturday’s weather will be perfect for a morning round of golf, with sun and temperatures in the upper-70s to low-80s, said 6News meteorlogist Matt Sayers. Enjoy the nice weather while it lasts, because the early part of next week could bring April showers.

The high temperature today will reach 61 before dropping off tonight. Tonight’s temperatures will be the last cold weather this week, with temperatures hovering just above freezing, Sayers said.

By lunchtime tomorrow, temperatures will be in the low-70s, Sayers said.

Thursday will bring a few more clouds in with, and the temperature will reach a high of 79 degrees. Friday will be partly cloudy and 83 degrees.

More clouds will roll in Saturday afternoon, but temperatures will remain in the low 80s. There is a chance for thunderstorms on Sunday, and temperatures will be in the upper 70s.

“The windows will be wide open,” Sayers said. Low temperatures overnight from Wednesday night through Saturday night will be in the lower-50s to lower 60s.
