Bad moves
To the editor:
This is precisely what caring people need:
1. More gambling facilities,
2. More alcohol,
3. More speed.
Kansas is now ranked 10th in deaths from driving while intoxicated. This is up from 29th just five years ago. With Sunday liquor sales, we are making it easier to kill more at a faster pace.
Annually in the United States, half a million people are injured, and 17,000 are killed.
