Steep prices
To the editor:
This pertains to the proposed annual donation of $5,000 to the Williams Fund as a prerequisite to location of priority seating at Kansas University basketball and football games.
Utilizing current season ticket prices, plus the donation, the total cost provide a startling revelation:
l Basketball only: (based on 16 games) single ticket $348.00 per game;
l Football only: (based on 6 games) single ticket $860 per game;
l Both sports: (based on 22 games) single ticket $262 per game.
This does not include parking.
