A group of students from Gorno-Altaisk State University in south-central Russia visit the Navajo Nation in Arizona as part of ongoing student and faculty exchanges among Gorno-Altaisk, Kansas State University, Haskell Indian Nations University and Kansas University. The group traveled with Ray Pierotti of KU during spring 2003 and toured Canyon de Chelly with a native resident whose family descended from the original Anasazi inhabitants.
