Free State High’s Jenny Heppert and Megan Wyatt have been named to the All-Sunflower League volleyball team after leading the Firebirds to a 20-19 record this season.

Heppert, a hitter, and Wyatt, a setter, were joined by teammates Kristin Baker, Katelin Karlin, Jamie Stanclift and Jenny Gwaltney, who all were honorable mention selections.

Lawrence High juniors Bonnie Toplikar and Carolyn Raynes were named second-team all-league, while LHS juniors Bobi Riley and Drew DeBiasse were honorable mention picks.

The all-league team is chosen by league coaches.
