Burglaries and thefts reported

• A 23-year-old Kansas University student told police someone took his 16-foot boat, along with its motor and trailer, from a storage area in the 1400 block of East 900 Road.

He said the incident happened sometime between 6 p.m. Friday and 5:30 p.m. Monday. The boat and equipment were worth $3,300, according to a police report.

• A 49-year-old Lawrence man reported his 1987 Ford F-150 pick-up truck stolen sometime between 5:30 p.m. May 7 and 6 p.m. Saturday from the 1700 block of Bullene Avenue. The truck was worth $6,000, he told police.
