To the editor:

I support our troops, I support Bush, I support Tommy Franks and all who are risking and giving their lives to keep freedom alive.

Yes, war is bad, but Saddam was given time to settle this conflict before it came to war, and he, and only he, chose not to do so. There is so much proof out there that he has weapons of mass destruction and has used them on his own people. Is this something you who disagree think is OK?

If the whole world just stood back and let him go on, how many more of his people, and maybe other people, would have to die around the world? No one can say 100 percent he would launch an attack on Americans, but can we take that chance and be wrong? I say NO !
