Job-friendly
To the editor:
The residents of Lawrence deserve better than a so-called three-person “progressive” block capable of controlling the vote on every issue that comes before the City Commission. This is not democracy. The community is worthy of true representation, not dictation. It is imperative a close, hard look is taken at each candidate — including past voting record — and each be judged on his own merits and/or demerits. The three who are in the control mode should be shown the delete mode.
Candidates who are business-friendly translate to being job-friendly.
