No mandates?
To the editor:
Enron… WorldCom… Westar Energy… I have no ax to grind for or against the living-wage movement. But when Shirley Martin-Smith says, “It’s just not a good thing to mandate to businesses” (Journal-World, July 10), I have to wonder if she’s been paying attention.
