Former President Jimmy Carter, a recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, said that perhaps the greatest generation is the one that is able to maintain peace. Carter was among the honored guests at Tuesday morning’s dedication of the Dole Institute on Kansas University’s campus in Lawrence.
