No-junk rule?

To the editor:

Thanks to the “no-call list” we don’t get “those” phone calls anymore.” Thank you, legislators.” Next, we need to have a “no-junk-mail list.” I do not need 10 credit card companies soliciting my business every week. Then, we need a “no-flier” list. All the trees used to create the fliers in the newspapers, particularly the Sunday papers, and I don’t even look at them. They make a mess in my living room, too. Then, will we wonder why unemployment goes up? Local people depend on the phone, mail and newspapers to get the word out about their business.
