Dime imbroglio

To the editor:

Nancy Reagan came out in opposition to having her husband replace Roosevelt on the dime, saying that it wasn’t right to honor Ronnie by diminishing Roosevelt’s fame.

So, in the spirit of Walt Hull’s letter of Dec. 16 in which he points out Reagan’s accomplishment of record deficit spending, why not make a new note in Ronnie’s honor, something like a billion dollar note, or better a billion dollar IOU?
