Past ‘victims’
To the editor:
I would like to respond to Ms. Neuhaus, who says that many who protest the abortions she performs are “hypocrites” defined as those who have had an abortion themselves, or have relatives who did. If that’s true, perhaps, just perhaps, it’s because those “hypocrites” have discovered risks and consequences of abortion that they weren’t aware of at the time.
Perhaps they’ve discovered, to paraphrase a slogan of more than 30 years ago, “Abortion is not healthy for (unborn) children and other living things.” Perhaps they’d like to prevent someone else from being victimized by abortion.
