Wal-Mart benefits
To the editor:
If the Wal-Mart Super Store is not allowed to build on the specific corner requested, it should at least go somewhere nearby. Perhaps a location near the St. Margaret’s church would be a better fit.
Along with the tax benefits, Wal-Mart has always been a true partner in education. It would be a huge benefit to Free State in MANY ways not the least of which, a ready stage for launching fund raisers, bake sales, car washes, etc.
It is a long time coming, and the people on the north and west sides deserve one of America’s favorite stores.
