Poor traffic plan
To the editor:
Couldn’t the traffic-planning department have devised a better plan to upgrade 31st Street between Ousdahl and Iowa? Blocking access to the post office and other nearby businesses to westbound traffic seems rather extreme, and certainly presents major inconveniences.
