Condition reports

Tanner Marroquin, 7, was released Wednesday from Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, Mo. He was injured Sunday in a dog attack in Lawrence.

Joshua I. Walton, 20, remains in fair condition at KU Med. He was injured Oct. 8 when his car collided head-on with a tractor-trailer on Kansas Highway 10 west of Eudora.

Law enforcement report

A 23-year-old Lawrence woman told police Monday that her 1984 GMC van sustained damage from scrape marks. The damage occurred sometime Oct. 26 or Oct. 27 while the van was parked in the 3100 block of West 22nd Street. Damage was listed at $1,000.
