Step backward
To the editor:
If all the states are in financial difficulties as we are and I suspect they are what happens to President Bush’s “no child left behind?” No government funds, no state funds with teachers being dismissed, children squashed into already-overcrowded classes. Left behind? Our children are seeping down to the dark ages.
