To the editor:

As a participant in the Raintree Run, I would like to express my appreciation to the Raintree Montessori School, the faculty, staff, parents, and race volunteers. I would especially like to thank the race directors, Steve and Marcia Riley. I have served on race committees and understand the tremendous amount of work behind the scenes that it takes to put on a major road race. Runners in this are fortunate to have people like the Rileys who are willing to take on the work and responsibility. The run was great, and as the word is spread by runners, this race will grow by leaps and bounds.

Thanks again to everyone who had a hand in making this such a great experience.
