KU cut

To the editor:

What kind of university is this? They raise tuition, increasing revenues, while at the same time decreasing spending on everything cutting their bottom line. Has everyone forgotten that this is supposed to be a place of higher learning, not an environment fostering frivolous spending on overpriced and completely useless entrance signs and the fattening of administrative pockets. My only hope is that KU’s creative financing plans will decrease enrollment enough that I could actually find a parking spot!
