Crisco sponsors contest

Crisco invites home chefs to submit original holiday recipes in four categories for its “Crisco Celebrates the Flavor of the Holidays” recipe contest.

Categories are appetizer, main course, side dish or dessert. A grand-prize winner and four runners-up, one from each category, will be selected. Prizes are $5,000 for the grand prize and $1,000 each for the runners-up. Deadline is Jan. 15.
