I think Mike was a good plumber but he tends to nickle and dime you. For instance, I had him unclog a sink and wound up getting my hoses, valves and faucet screen replaced all which I was charged parts and labor for. The parts weren't that expensive but I'd rather he just unclogged my sink and left it at that. I understand he has to making a living but I felt like I was being hustled. If he starts ending his sentences with "now it will last forever" start keeping an eye on what he's doing, that seems to be when he's in "parts replacement mode". The work he did has lasted but I don't think I'd hire him again.
