This is in reply to twieb. You really went through all that trouble to get back $3? LOL. And then asked them to compensate you for your inconvenience? You are something else. They definitely aren't worried that they lost a customer like you.
I got overcharged for my pizza after I asked if their stuffed pizza was $11 dollars and he said yes, it was rang up $14. For whatever reason I didn't notice till I got home (I bought other items too). So I went back, stood in line again, watched him ring other people up incorrectly and pointed it out. Then when it was my turn I asked for my $3 and if they could compensate me for my inconvenience, they said I could have some cookie dough. I didn't want cookie dough so I declined and decided I would just not eat there anymore.
