I have gone through the drive thru several times and they do screw up the order really bad. It will say 10 pc nugget w/ BBQ sauce and a double cheeseburger on the receipt on the bag, yet contain a french fry with chicken sandwich... One of the times I went inside and the guy who looked at the mistake was totally dumb founded and then could not effectively communicate to his employees as to what went wrong and had to correct it himself. Drive thru's are great until you have to go inside every time to get what you ordered fixed...

I have eaten at this newly renovated McDonalds twice since its re-opening in late September and they have screwed up my order three times. That's right - when I brought one of their mistakes to their attention they attempted to fix it and screwed it up again. I don't care how nice the decor is inside, I will not be eating at this McDonalds anymore.
