MSNBC’s Chuck Todd says that if Obama picks a female running mate, it has to be Hillary Clinton, but the personal relationship that has developed between Obama and Sebelius may be a wild card. Both Sebelius and Clinton have made it to the Final Four in the MSNBC Veepstakes, and there’s still time to vote. The winner will be announced Tuesday.¢ ¢ ¢Sebelius no longer is denying that she’s being vetted as a VP candidate, according to Jonathan Allen on CQ Politics. Although Sebelius was a No. 1 seed in that site’s Veep Madness, she bowed out in the quarterfinals to Sen. Joe Biden. The winner? Gen. Wesley Clark.
