Blagojevich — in long, sometimes rambling address to Illinois legislature — says Sebelius, among others, should also be impeached

Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s speech at his impeachment trial has been all over the news today. One line, however, really perked up ears here in the newsroom. In the middle of what can only be described as a long, rambling defense of all he’s accomplished in office, he said that if he’s impeached the governors of Wisconsin and Kansas, U.S. Senators Ted Kennedy and John McCain and others must also be impeached.Sebelius? Seems like he’s trying to mention other big names who did some of the same things he did. In this case, he’s talking about importing prescription drugs from Canada. No word yet on what the governor’s office thinks about that.
