Electronics stolen from home

Law enforcement report Burglaries and thefts reported ¢ A 22-year-old Lawrence woman reported a burglary and theft to Lawrence police. Items reported stolen include 40 DVDs, an iPod player and radio and a Louis Vuitton purse. The total estimated loss is valued at $1,865. The theft occurred between March 16 and March 19 in the 400 block of Eldridge Street. ¢ A 34-year-old Lawrence woman reported a Sharper Image flat panel CD player and an Apple iMac were damaged at a resident in the 700 block of Illinois Street. The crime occurred March 28 or March 29. ¢ A 19-year-old Lawrence man reported four power mirrors were broken on vehicles in the 1400 block of Tennessee Street. The crime occurred between 9 p.m. March 28 and 1 a.m. March 29. The total estimated loss is $2,000, according to a police report. ¢ More than $3,000 worth of miscellaneous tools were reported stolen from a rural Tonganoxie residence. A 50-year-old Tonganoxie man reported the theft occurred between Sunday and Tuesday in the 18000 block of 198th Street, according to a Leavenworth County Sheriff’s report. ¢ Three statues were reported stolen from a barn in Leavenworth Wednesday, according to a Leavenworth County Sheriff’s report. A 70-year-old Leavenworth man reported two bronze statues and a wooden statue were missing. A preliminary estimate of the loss is $50,000.Condition reports ¢ Aaron Philipot, 27, Lawrence, was dismissed Tuesday from Kansas University Hospital, Kansas City, Kan. Tuesday. He was flown by air ambulance to the hospital following a two-vehicle accident on March 26 at the intersection of Bob Billings Parkway and George Williams Way. The accident remains under investigation, according to Lawrence police.
