KU Crime Blotter: Week of Nov. 7 through Nov. 13

The following incidents were reported to the University of Kansas Office of Public Safety between Monday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 13. Incidents are listed by the dates they were reported.

Nov. 13

• Someone stole an XBox 360 between Nov. 11 and Nov. 13 in Jayhawker Towers. Loss was valued at $300.

Nov. 12

• A person was arrested for disorderly conduct about 3 p.m. Nov. 12 on W. 15th Street. The person was intoxicated and walking in the roadway, preventing traffic from moving.

• Someone entered and stole an unlocked vehicle Nov. 12 in Lot 300, 1600 block of Stewart Drive. Loss was valued at $34,035.

• Police conducting a search warrant in a dorm room found someone in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia about 11:55 p.m. Nov. 12 at Ellsworth Hall. The suspect was arrested.

Nov. 11

• During a search warrant, a person was found to be in possession of cocaine, alcohol and drug paraphernalia Nov. 11 at Ellsworth Hall.

• Someone broke a window in the west stairwell Nov. 11 at GSP Hall. Damage was estimated at $300.

Nov. 10

• Someone took keys from behind a locked gate Nov. 9 or Nov. 10 at JRP Hall. Loss was valued at $5.

Nov. 8

• Someone spray painted grafitti on an outdoor stairwell Nov. 8 at Sellards Scholarship Hall. Loss was valued at $200.

• Someone vandalized a wall at Jayhawker Towers between Oct. 25 and Nov. 8. Loss was valued at $500.

Nov. 7

• Someone cut a lock and stole a bicycle between Nov. 5 and Nov. 7 at GSP Hall. Loss was valued at $250.
