Haskell Indian Nations University senior Ona Dauphinais received January’s final offensive player of the week award from the Continental Athletic Conference on Tuesday.

Dauphinais averaged 28 points, including 12 3-pointers, across two victories for Haskell (10-15 overall, 4-1 CAC) last week. She scored 28 points in a 93-73 win over Florida National University on Saturday. She started the week with 28 points in a 104-97 overtime victory over the University of For Lauderdale, including a second-chance bucket with less than a second remaining in regulation. Overall, she had six 3-pointers and seven assists in that game.

Haskell is next scheduled to play Hesston College at 5 p.m. on Feb. 11 at Coffin Sports Complex in Lawrence.

Carolina University’s Mya Smith earned weekly defensive honors.
