Haskell Indian Nations University sophomore Alaina Dugi earned defender of the week honors from the Continental Athletic Conference for her performance over the weekend.

Dugi averaged 5.21 digs across four matches, including 28 digs in a 3-1 loss to William Woods University and 18 in a 3-1 loss to Graceland University. She had 13 in Haskell’s 3-0 sweep of Justice University and 14 in a 3-0 loss to Evangel for a total of 73.

Florida College junior Raquel Teixeira received attacker of the week honors and Florida National University senior Ivette Sandoval was honored as setter of the week.
