Runners from Haskell Indian Nations University will compete Friday in the Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships in Lakeland, Florida.

Haskell is sending a men’s team to defend its 2023 title and a women’s team looking to improve upon its second-place finish last year.

Team champions will qualify for the NAIA national championships on Nov. 22 in Columbia, Missouri, and the top two individuals from each race who are not on the championship teams will also qualify, provided they finish within the top eight runners.
