Fall sports are quickly coming to an end with some sports closing out their seasons and others rapidly approaching the playoffs. With the fall weeks coming close to an end, here are athletes who stood out from this past week.

Grayson Masterson, Eudora High School

While only a freshman, Masterson led the Eudora cross-country team to a win in the Pleasant Ridge Invite at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth. He placed second overall with a time of 17 minutes, 14.23 seconds, which was 44 seconds faster than the third-place runner.

Cami Lee, Free State High School

Lee is one of two Firebirds who qualified for the state tennis tournament after winning fifth place in the regional tournament. She went 2-1 in the regional tournament to secure her spot.
