Lawrence High’s softball team was unable to hang onto its lead in a 5-3 loss to Olathe North during the regional opener Tuesday night at Olathe District Athletic Complex. The Lions, who were the No. 14 seed in the Class 6A East, ended their season with a 4-16 overall record.
