Veritas boys basketball defeats Bishop Seabury

The Veritas boys basketball team earned bragging rights by besting Bishop Seabury for a 71-46 home win Friday night in the latest crosstown clash.

Playing in its new home gym, Veritas faced a 14-13 deficit after one quarter before storming back to take control of the contest. The Eagles poured in 27 points in the second period, while holding the Seahawks to just 10 points over that span.
