Friends & Neighbors: 2019 Jayhawk Rotary Teacher of the Year

Laura Rayome, a Woodlawn Elementary School second-grade teacher, has been named the 2019 Jayhawk Rotary Teacher of the Year. Jayhawk Rotarian Craig Penzler, chair of the committee, introduced Laura to the club and presented her with a certificate along with a $1,000 check.
