To the editor:

Kidnapping is a felony of the first degree unless the actor voluntarily releases the victim alive and in a safe place prior to trial, in which case it is a felony of the second degree.

Kidnapping has been approved by the Supreme Court and the GOP? Maybe … it does look that way.

We have six reckless Supreme Court justices.

We need elected officials who will support the rule of law. The president and the GOP are now pushing a kidnapping operation which is illegal, AKA against the law. And Trump-appointed Supreme Court justices have approved such activity. Kidnapping by ICE. How is it that a felony can be approved by lawmakers and and judges? ICE is a felony operation?

Voting for Republicans is a dangerous venture.
