To the editor:

Good for Kansas women and men who care. We were wise with our successful 2022 vote for reproductive freedom. Now, Nov. 5, we are at the crossroads again — with two sharply opposing views. Who should control women’s bodies? (Why is this even a question? And will control of men’s bodies also become an issue?)

Should women control themselves or be controlled by the political whims of others?

One candidate is fighting for freedom for all. The second candidate — convicted of abusing women — wants to deny women this crucial right of freedom.

The nerve! Has it really come to this solution: “no reproductive freedom, then no intimacy”?

For those who value character, decency, honesty and want a good role model, as well as a leader who is not a laughing-stock of other world leaders — there is only one choice.

It makes good sense to vote for Harris/Walz.
