Lawrence school district’s director of data and technology to resign
The Lawrence school district has announced the resignation of Executive Director of Data and Technology Zachary Conrad.
Conrad, who joined the district in 2019, has accepted a position with the Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools, according to a news release from the district. Conrad will resign effective June 30, pending school board approval.
The district is facing a multimillion-dollar budget shortfall, and the release states that the district is evaluating all staffing vacancies as part of the school board’s current budget planning process.
