The Lawrence Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying two burglary suspects.

The Lawrence Police Department is looking for help in identifying two burglary suspects who are also allegedly responsible for damaging two local businesses.

The two businesses are located near 23rd and Louisiana, both within five minutes of each other. Just after 2 a.m. on Wednesday, the two suspects used a rock to try to break through the front door of a liquor store, a social media post from LPD said.

They were not successful and moved on to a nearby vape store. The suspects were successful in breaking in to the store with the rock and stole several items from behind the counter, the post said.
