A man accused of sexually assaulting five women while providing massage services at a yoga studio in Baldwin City has been charged with rape and multiple other sex crimes, the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office announced on Friday.
The DA’s Office said in a news release that 44-year-old Aaron Borger of Hartford was charged in Douglas County District Court with two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated sexual battery and three counts of sexual battery.
Borger allegedly assaulted the five women at Om Grown Yoga in Baldwin City between March 2024 and April 2026, the release said. The DA’s office asked those who believe “they may have had inappropriate or non-consensual contact with Mr. Borger, whether in Baldwin City or elsewhere,” to contact law enforcement.
“Our office thanks these victims for coming forward and sharing their stories with law enforcement,” District Attorney Dakota Loomis said in the release. “If any person believes they have been the victim of inappropriate, non-consensual contact by Mr. Borger or any other therapeutic professional, please know there are law enforcement officers and prosecutors who will listen to you and hold accountable those who harmed you.”
