Douglas County felony arrests, criminal charges for May 29, 2025

Below is a list of individuals who have been arrested and charged with a felony crime in Douglas County. Due to lag times in charging and records processing, the reporting period for this report is from 5 p.m. Wednesday to 5 p.m. Thursday.

Defendants listed should be presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Charges filed by the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office may change after they are initially filed as additional investigations are conducted and evidence is submitted.

Kenneth John McClelland, 30, of Oskaloosa, is charged with one felony count of aggravated human trafficking and one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, according to charging documents. The charges are in connection with an alleged incident on May 10 involving a 15-year-old girl.
