Roadwork in Lawrence and Douglas County

The Kansas Department of Transportation will close a Kansas Highway 10 ramp in Lawrence next week as part of the South Lawrence Trafficway expansion project.

The Bob Billings Parkway exit ramp to eastbound K-10 will close Tuesday until late October, conditions permitting.

During the closure, a marked detour will direct traffic to the Sixth Street exit ramp to eastbound K-10. Motorists can use the marked detour or alternate routes.
