A Lawrence man was charged on Tuesday after he allegedly threatened a woman with a gun and broke the peephole on the door of her apartment.
The man, Greyson Wesley Marsh, 24, is charged in Douglas County District Court with one felony count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one misdemeanor count of criminal damage. The incident is alleged to have happened around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the 1600 block of West Ninth Street.
