The Kansas Department of Transportation has closed westbound Interstate 70 at Goodland due to winter weather conditions in Colorado.

Closures could last through the weekend and extend farther east through Kansas as truck parking and accommodations fill up. Motorists are advised to postpone westbound travel if possible.
