Ozawkie man charged in Douglas County with sex crime against an 11-year-old

An Ozawkie man was charged on Friday in Douglas County District Court with a sex crime against an 11-year-old.
The man, Louis Frank Falk, 24, faces one count of aggravated sodomy of a child under the age of 14, according to charging documents. The incident is alleged to have occurred on or about March 15. The charge is an off-grid felony, and a conviction could mean a life sentence.
Falk was arrested around 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Judicial and Law Enforcement Center, 111 E. 11th St., by Douglas County sheriff’s deputies, according to the jail booking log. He is being held on a $75,000 cash or surety bond.
