In November, Gibson was ordered to stand trial on one count of rape, one count of aggravated criminal sodomy and one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child between the ages of 14 and 16 after a preliminary hearing in November, in which a 15-year-old girl testified about being sexually assaulted.
